- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been banking with BCU for three years now and they have been very professional and helpful during this time. When we need a new card they can make one on the spot, when we have a question about a transaction they address it immediately. They moved out of this run down building which gave them a seedy appearance but now they are in a new building. I was worried that when they moved it would become less personal but they are just as helpful. Now I am a little worried about this merger with PenFed. From personal experience that bank is not nearly as warm and fuzzy. I hope they stay the same and change PenFed for the better and not the other way around.By Marilyn Geer Rivera, December 25, 2017
